Park Facility and Horticultural Center. Zoned park and designated for open space land uses (OS, A1) in the Canoga Park-Winnetka-Woodland Hills - West Hills Community Plan / General Plan.
Document Description
The City of Los Angeles, Department of Recreation and Parks proposes to enhance the Orcutt Ranch Horticulture Center with the assistance of Proposition K funds. The proposed project consists of a conceptual plan, which outlines the goals and the general nature of improvements for the purpose of obtaining approvals for Proposition K specified funding. Once funded, a detailed project plan will be developed to reflect the environmental, physical and economic opportunities and constraints identified through the conceptual approval and implementation. The proposed modifications will correct adverse on-site drainage and flooding conditions that threaten the safety of historic structures, create a nuisance to park users, and contribute to further degradation of the Dayton Creek.
