Generally, the proposed project includes the widening of Van Buren Boulevard between Garfield Avenue and Andrew Street from four traffic lanes to six traffic lanes and the realignment of Andrew Street on the easterly side of Van Buren Boulevard northerly of its present location to form a four-way intersection with existing Primrose Drive on the westerly side of Van Buren Boulevard. The project has been divided into three segments.
