Document Description
The project includes permitting, designing, and constructing a permanent water supply system to serve the residents of the City of Rio Dell. The exisitng system is temporary and has failed eight (8) times since its installation in 2001. Supply failures have lead to domestic water shortages for the City's residents. Interruption of the water supply results in public health, safety, and welfare threats.
