Document Description
The proposed project consists of a Use Permit to deviate from the fence standards outlined in Sacramento County Zoning Code Section 301-63 (b) to allow fence height to exceed 6 feet on a 0.70+/- acre parcel zoned RD-2. The existing fence ranges from an 11-foot high wood fence located on portions of the subject parcel's northern, southwestern, and southeastern boundaries, to an 8-foot high wood fence and 8 foot 6 inch high masonry wall located on the parcel's western boundary.
