Construction of an asphalt concrete standard lane and shoulder in the middle of southbound I-15. The existing outside lane will be re-striped as a truck climbing lane. The project includes installation of permanent Desert Tortoise fence from postmile 115.0 (southwest project limit) to postmile 117.0.
