Document Description
Conduct prescribed burns at four plots totaling approx. 50 acres in McArthur-Burney Falls Memorial State Park to restore native vegetation, reduce fuel loads, and control invasive exotic and/or alien plant species. Two plots are located adjacent to and at the north and south ends of Burney Creek, one is on the terrace west of Pioneer Campground, and one is south of the Pioneer Cemetery. Burns will be conducted in accordance with the 2002 McArthur-Burney Falls Memorial State Park Prescribed Burn Plan.
