Project is located at the Diamond B Ranch, 13048 Highway 29, Lower Lake, Lake County, Sections 26 and 27; Township 12N; Range 07W of the Middletown 7.5 minute U.S. Geological Survey quadrangle. Department of Fish and Game is issuing a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2003-0661-3 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
