Document Description
The project proposes the replacement of the existing sod athletic field and hard-scape tennis courts with artificial turf which was approved under a prior Substantial Conformance Review. During the proposed construction of this project, it is anticipated that the burn ash underlying the existing athletic field would be disturbed and require special handling in compliance with the Work Plan and Community Health and Safety Plan approved by the City of San Diego Solid Waste Local Enforcement Agency (LEA). This project would not address burn ash material that is present on the slope east of the athletic field adjacent to Northrim Court.
