The project involves the replacement of an existing crossing on an unnamed tributary to Dark Gulch Creek for a permanent driveway to a new home site. The existing undersized ceramic culvert has failed and shall be replaced with a 30-40 foot long 36-inch diameter culvert. Minimal vegetation removal is required for the replacement.
