The pond will be constructed pursuant ot State Water Rights Diversion Permit No. 21149. The dam and the streambank protection will use engineering designs provided by the Natural Resources Conservation Service, USDA. There wil be no removal of healthy, mature, scenic trees. The Project will have no significant effect on the environment.
