The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California (Metropolitan) proposes to grant permanent easements to the City of Temecula (City) for real property along San Diego Pipeline Nos. 4 and 5 in Riverside County. Metropolitan is granting permanent easements for portions of Metropolitan Parcel Nos. 142-2-3 (APN 957-240-002) and 142-2-5 (APN 957-340-010) to the City. The easements are for street and utility purposes.
