The 138-acre Mokelumne Bluffs project would include development of 98 single-family residential lots one acre or greater in size, road and utility improvements as needed to serve the proposed residential uses, and recreational facilities that would be available for use by residents of the proposed project as well as the public at large; these facilities would be dedicated to the Amador County Recreation Agency. The project has been reduced in scope since publication of the Draft EIR; formerly, the project included 40 multi-family residential units, which have now been eliminated from the project.
