The park is bordered by San Lorenzo Boulevard to the north, Riverside Avenue to the east, and the San Lorenzo River levee to the south and west. The project site is currently occupied by three tennis courts and a roller hockey practice area. The skate park facility would replace the tennis courts. The roller hockey practice area would be included in the project.
