Document Description
The proposed project is a 4 acre timber harvest and conversion to vineyard. The 4 acres is part of a larger 43 acre parcel. The approval of a Timberland Conversion Permit by CDF exempts the landowner from the restocking requirements of the Forest Practice Rules following timber operations. An erosion control panel was prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer and meets Napa County standards.
