The project is located on the west side of Highway 6, just north of Chalfant Road, Chalfant. The project will be served by a water/fire system and individual septic systems. The current General Plan designation is Estate Residential. The Specific Plan will modify the minimum lot size from 1 acre to 1/2 acre.
