- The City is proposing an expansion of Jack Farrell Park's use capacity with the construction of a concession, meeting, activity room and restroom facility. Also proposed is the construction of an outdoor stage for musical and theatrical performances. A new parking lot will be added and outdoor lighting will be installed for the baseball field. Bleachers will be added to the basketball court area. Also proposed is the restoration of a historical geographical monument in the park. The project will require Design Review to allow for the proposed construction and installation of the new facilities.
