Document Description
Subdivision of a 4.56-acre property into 35 lots for single-family houses and private streets. Sizes of the proposed lots range from 3,450 to 12,045 sq. ft., with an average lot size of 4,309 sq. ft. Three house plans are proposed to be built in the development; all plans are two-story, and range in size from 1,764 to 2,138 square feet. The project includes a six-foot tall masonry wall along both street frontages and new frontage landscaping along Solari Street. On July 19, 2004, the City Council adopted an ordinance rezoning the property from RM District to PD District. The ordinance-as well as May 25, 2004, Planning Commission approvals of the vesting tentative subdivision map and architectural and landscaping plans for the construction of the houses-will become effective thirty days after the date of the ordinance's adoption.
