Document Description
The project will update the emissions inventory, and provide SACOG with a new Motor Vehicle Emissions Budget, that may be used to comply with federal transportation conformity rules. The project will also add new control measures to the SIP. Under consideration are measures to reduce emissions from solvents/coatings, industrial proxesses, agriculture, recreational vehicles, traffic/parking, consutruction, ports, locomotives, pleasure craft, waste treatment and heavy duty vehicles.
