The project would provide for the construction of a new Law Enforcement Complex of approximately 202,000 square feet on the site of the current Fairmont Animal Shelter. The Fairmont Animal Shelter operation would be relocated to a site within the current Juvenile Hall facility parking area with a new facility of approximately 12,000 to 14,000 square feet.
