Document Description
A Special Permit to validate the un-permitted placement of approximately 1,600 cubic yards of fill on the subject property; and for wetland restoration involving the removal of approximately 450 cubic yards of un-permitted fill from the wetland area. The fill has been removed from the wetland area and placed on the property outside of required wetland setback. The disturbed wetland area has been re-vegetated. The California Department of Fish and Game has reviewed the work that has already occurred and determined it to be adequate for restoration of the habitat values of the wetland.
