The El Dorado Irrigation District (District) proposes to adopt a Mitigated Negative Declaration pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (Section 15000 et. seq., Title 14, California Code of Regulations) to reconstruct and use Spillway No. 20 at the Bull Portal of the Mill Creek to Bull Creek Tunnel, a facility of the Districts Hydroelectric Project 184. The proposed project would include automated gates and a housing structure.
