Document Description
A Parcel Map Subdivision of a 0.52 acre parcel into three parcels ranging in size from 5,585 sq. ft. to 9,308 sq. ft. Proposed Parcels 1 and 2 acre currently vacant. Proposed parcel 3 is developed with an approximately 1,400 sq. ft. single family residence and a detached 690 sq. ft. garage. A Special Permit is required for an exception to the required lot width/depth ratio to allow the lot depth of proposed Parcel 2 to exceed three times the lot width. The project also includes an exception request to the lot frontage requirement in order to allow for the creation of proposed Parcels 2 and 3 as "flag" lots, and a request for an exception to the 40 foot wide right-of-way requirement for the access to proposed Parcel 1 and 2.
