Document Description
The application is for a development and conditional use permit for the construction and operation of a public park and playfields on privately owned land. The proposed 6.11-acre Barkley Fields and Park site is located at the intersection of Farm Hill Boulevard and Woodhill Drive, in the northeast corner of the Town of Woodside. The owner of the 6.11-acre site is currently considering donating this land to the Town of Woodside for development of a public park. The Town of Woodside developed a site plan for the park. A stipulation of the donation is to develop the site into a park with both passive and active recreational opportunities for the residents of Woodside.
