Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2006-0257-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Dan TerAvest / Napa Valley College District. The operator proposes to dredge a sediment basin in the central portion of the Napa Valley College Campus, Napa County. The proposed project also entails removing a 655-foot, 36-inch CMP (corrugated metal pipe) and restoring a native riparian corridor through the project reach. Two pedestrian foot-bridges will be installed over the restored creek and the box culvert road crossing just north of the detention pond will be rebuilt with a concrete box culvert.
