Document Description
The proposed bicycle / pedestrian overcrossing would connect the existing Humbug-Willow Creek Trail on the south side of East Bidwell Street with a planned segment of the trail to the north by spanning the retention basin located on the south side of East Bidwell Street. The project area encompasses a retention basin for Humbug Creek as well as currently undeveloped land on either side of East Bidwell Street. The project area includes land on either side of East Bidwell Street, and is east of Blue Ravine Road and west of Harrington Way.
