- The proposed project involves the repair and reconstruction of an existing beach access stairway located on the coastal bluff on the property at 4353 Marina Drive and the removal of recent unpermitted improvements made to that beach access stairway. No trees would be removed during project construction. A one foot by seven foot patch of non-native vegetation (iceplant) would be removed by reconstructing the timber lagging wall on the west side of the stairway; the area would be revegetated with native lemonadeberry. No other vegetation would be removed from the proposed project.
