The applicant is requesting approval of a Film and Television Archive Campus which would include seven buildings consisting of two theaters, storage vaults for film and other recordings, offices and educational classrooms. Upon construction completion of the Film and Television Archive Campus, the applicant, The Packard Humanities Institute, proposes to donate the Campus and the property to the University of California at Las Angeles (UCLA).
