Proposed lots 1, 2, and 3 will consist of 142,900 sq. ft., 142,800 sq. ft., and 142,700 sq. ft. respectively. Approximately 4,000 cubic yards of grading is proposed for each lot, and fuel modification requirements will remove most existing natural vegetation. Water service for the proposal project site is available through Waterworks District No. 37.
