The proposed project is requested for a Conditional Use Permit to allow for the construction of a two-story, fifteen (15) unit apartment complex with appurtenant below-grade carports. All units will have two (2) bedrooms and two (2) parking spaces. Four (4) guest parking spaces will be provided at grade level. A twenty-six foot (26) driveway will provide access to the units with ingress/egress on Leffingwell Road. A new concrete block wall will be constructed on a portion of the south property line and along the north and east property lines.
