Site Development Permit to allow the construction of a temporary, five year, truck parking and storage facility. The proposal includes four office trailers, tie downs, and ADA ramps. Parking would consist of 401 truck parking spaces, 17 standard vehicle parking spaces, and four accessible vehicle parking spaces for a total of 422 parking spaces. The 13.25-acre site is located at 8111 Airway Road in the Industrial Subdistrict of Otay Mesa Development District in the Otay Mesa Community Plan area. (Portion of Section 34, township 18 south, range 1 west, San Bernardino Meridian). Applicant: Toby Hallal, TRH Inc.
