Document Description
An application to authorize the construction of seven two-story detached condominium units. There will be a two-car attached garage for each unit and a total of two on-site guest parking spaces for the whole development. The project also proposes a 26 foot wide private driveway and fire lane, an additional access driveway to Unit 1, and one catch basin, and the removal of four existing single-family residences, one shed, two 6 foot and 4 foot high chain link fences, and 15 non-oak trees. A 6 foot high concrete block wall will surround the entire project site. Heavy-duty trucks will make 83 trips to import 825 cubic yards of fill materials onto project site. The proposed project site will have 38,837 sq. ft. after street dedication and alley widening, and will take access from Mountain Avenue through a 3 feet - 6 inch wrought iron automatic gate.
