The eastern two-thirds of the proposed project site are used for agriculture and grazing, while the western one-third consists of settling ponds and feedlots. Under the Eastvale Area Plan component of the Riverside County Integrated Project General Plan, the northern 17 acres are designated as medium density residential, while the southern 72 acres are designated as recreational open space.
Document Description
The purpose of the Eastvale Community Park is to develop an 89 acre park that will serve residents of the Eastvale area. At build-out, the proposed Eastvale Community Park will include parking lots, restrooms, concession stands, an amphitheater, a community center, picnic area, as well as facilities for sports like softball, baseball, basketball, volleyball, soccer, and tennis.
