Document Description
CDFW has executed lake and streambed alteration agreement no. 1600-2015-0052-R5, pursuant to section 1602 of the fish and game code to the project applicant, The Irvine Company, LLC.
The project is limited to stream impacts associated with the Planning Area 1 Neighborhoods 3 & 4 project. Development of Neighborhood 3 and Neighborhood 4 will include a max 4.31 acres of permanent stream impacts that have not yet been impacted as a part of PA1. Permanently impacted stream areas will be filled or replaced with underground storm drain lines in order to provide building pads, roads, and associated infrastructure. Mitigation for impacts associated with PA1 includes approximately 22 acres of wetland/riparian habitat establishment, rehabilitation, enhancement, and preservation.
