Document Description
Construction of four custom single-family homes on four existing legal lots of record comprising 25.7 acres. Total development area is approximately 3.35 acres with the remaining 22.35 acres to remain as natural open space. In order to facilitate wildlife movement across the subject properties, a minimum 250 foot-wide conservation easement is proposed. Access to the site is to be provided by the northerly extension of Briar Bluff Circle.
