Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2003-5103-R6 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Carla Scheidlinger, representing Agrarian Research, Inc. The proposed project is to create habitat for migratory waterfowl for the purpose of recreational hunting, and for the aesthetic values of wetland habitat. The ponds will be supplied with water from wells to be drilled on the property, the water from which will be used exclusively on the property.
