The California Department of Transportation proposes to realign a two-lane segment of SR-138 from Post mile R17.1 to R19.2. Work includes construction of two vehicle lanes, two outside shoulders, three bridges that would also serve as wildlife crossings, an off-highway vehicle crossing, and installation of pipe culverts.
