Document Description
The proposed Shadow View Specific Plan would facilitate the development of a residential community and a mixed-use commercial center on approximately 529 acres. Planning Area No. 1 would contain the mixed-use commercial component with a maximum of 1,000,000 square feet on approximately 100 acres. Planning Area No. will also include a residential overlay with the potential to include up to 1,000 high-density residential dwelling units. Planning Area No. 2 would contain the residential and include 1,600 dwelling units on approximately 380 acres. Planning Area No. 3 would include a 40-acre plus public park and Planning Area No. 4 would consist of dedications for a fire station, an electrical substation and a well site totaling approximately 5 acres.
