Document Description
The proposed Shadow View Specific Plan would facilitate the development of a residential community oriented around an 18-hole golf course and a mixed-use commercial center on approximately 454 acres. Approximately 45 acres along the northwestern edge of the project site adjacent to Dillon Road is designated for commercial uses. The maximum amount of development allowed in this approximately 45 acre mixed-use commercial use area would be 500,000 square feet. The residential community would include one 18-hole golf course on approximately 170 acres with a clubhouse and driving range and a maximum of 1,600 single-family homes on the remaining 239 acres.
