The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2004-0372-R5 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Affirmed Family Housing Partners - Creekside, LLC. The applicant proposes to alter the stream to remove non-native vegetation and install native vegetation as part of the Creekside Trails Project. The Creekside Trails Project includes the construction of six 2- and 3-story residential buildings, a tot lot and picnic area, a common building, a nature trail, and parking lots. Construction of the project will not impact the stream. The project is located in the south side of Coronado Avenue, west of Hollister Street, in the City of San Diego.
