Document Description
On March 25, 1997, the Permittee filed for a Petition for Change to revise the permit in accordance with the changes identified in the 1995 license inspection. On March 25,1997, the Permittee also signed the License Offer, which constitutes a Petition for Extension of Time to include the year of maximum use (1994) and a Petition to Change the Purpose and Place of Use. The changes are as follows: the project volume is reduced from 49 afa to 7.3 afa collected yto storage and 3.3 afa withdrawn from storage in any one year. The revised purpose of use is reduced to domestic use, and recreational and fire protection at the reservoir site.
