Document Description
CDFG is executing a Lake and Steambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to section 1601 (SAA # 1600-2003-5060-R5) of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, City of Santa Barbara, Airport. The applicant proposes to construct an 800 foot expansion of the airport runway, requiring two existing creeks to be relocated to the west, the confluence of two creeks to be realigned, the channels and two debris basins expanded and revegetated with native species.
