The District as reviewed and approved permit application number 8260 for an ACP to permit Mirant Potrero (Mirant) to use IERCs to comply with the NOx requirements of District Regulation 9, Rule 11. The IERCs were previously approved under Application Number 6473 based on real, quantifiable, permanent, enforceable and surplus emissions reductions in NOx from the Source 1, Boiler 3-1.
