CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA # 1600-2003-5110-R6) pursuant to Section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Mr. Juan Perez. To construct the Gilman Springs Road Widening and Realignment, the applicant is proposing to alter the streambed to widen and realign a 1.4 mile section of Gilman Springs Road form 1 mile southeast of Bridge Road to 0.6 miles northwest of State Route 79 in western Riverside County.
