Document Description
Conduct annual trail maintenance for Monument, Table Rock, Pallisades, and Oat Hill Train trails winthin Robert Louis Stevenson State Park. Work to include brushing to maintain clearance standards, removing slough and berm, filling in holes and ruts and compacting trail tread. No disturbance of the historic ruts within Oat Hill Mine Trail will occur. Minimal soil excavation will occur, and removed material will be placed back as fill.

Project consists of the repair and minor alteration of existing public facilities and topographical features, involving negligible expansion of use beyond current levels (included as "trail or road repairs" in the Department of Parks and Recreation's (DPR) list of exempt activities, in accordance with CCR #15300.4 , and minor alterations in the condition of land, water, and vegetation which will not involve the removal of healthy, mature, scenic trees, included as "trail removal, construction, or realignment" in the DPR's list of exempt activities.
