Document Description
Construction of yard track improvements will involve grading, installing, engineered fill; sub-ballast installation; and track and switch construction and necessary signal upgrades. All construction will occur within the existing BNSF right-of-way. Mitigation to replace a small wetland area that will be filled is included as part of the project.

The project will not have any significant cumulative effects; there is no reasonable possibility that the project will have a significant effect on the environment due to unusual circumstances; this project will not affect any scenic resources within a designated state scenic highway; this site is not listed on any known site contaminated with hazardous materials; and the project does not cause a substantial adverse change in the significance of a historical resource.
