Document Description
This project would utilize stabilized Chicken Manure as a bulking agent at the Inland Empire Utilities Agency's (IEUA) Co-Composting site. This bulking agent would be tucked to the site and would be mixed with sewage sludge and/or cow manure, now being composted on the project site or be mixed with compost product prior to bagging or shipment.
