R2-2003-425. Extend an existing multi-use pier from 322 feet to 432 feet long; Pierhead shall be U-shaped and reduced to 35 feet wide, with an adjustable catwalk located along the "interior" of the pierhead. Pier walkway will have single pilings; pierhead will have triple pilings.
