The project consists of the following; 1) A Use Permit wwto allow an existing residential accessory dwelling on a 10,320+/- square foot lot in the RD-5 zone. 2) A Variance to reduce the required lot area from 10,400 square feet to 10,320+/- square feet. 3) A deviation under the Use Permit to reduce the required rear yard setback from a minimum 10 feet to 4.5+/- feet for the accessory dwelling.
