Proposed Parcel 2 will be approximately 2.5 acres is currently vacant. Proposed Parcel 3 will be approximately 2.6 acres and is also vacant. The future development of single family residences on the vacant parcels will be served by on-site water and septic systems. No exceptions are required for this project. The parcels will gain access via West End Road, a paved County road within a 50 foot right-of-way.
