Tier I corridor analysis of widening the existing four-lane highway to a six-lane facility by adding one northbound and one southbound HOV lane on Highway 1 in Santa Cruz County for a distance of approximately 8.9 miles from 0.4 mile ssouth of Larkin Valley/San Andreas Roads at the south to 0.3 miles north of Morrissey Boulevard . Tier II build project analysis of auzillary lanes from 41st Ave to Soquel ave/Boulevard and a bicycle/pedestrian overcrossing at Chantcleer Ave.
